Colin Ellis is Moody’s Chief Credit Officer in EMEA, and a Managing Director in the Credit Strategy team. He is responsible for identifying and analyzing the broad macro and credit trends, and leading and coordinating Moody’s ratings approach, across franchises in the region. Sarah has been the lead analyst for most countries in the European Union, as well as the United States. She is currently responsible for a portfolio of credits that includes the United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus, the Isle of Man, and the Council of Europe Development Bank.
