Paul co-founded the company in 2010 and is based in the London office. His responsibilities include debt and equity fundraising for all solar asset developments, project investment structuring and M&A. He is a member of Lightsource’s Investment Committee and a Board Director. During his tenure at Lightsource, Paul has raised over £1.6bn of project financing and led the recent Blackrock equity transaction in the UK. Prior to co-founding the company, he spent six years in the power finance team at Investec Bank and was involved in equity and debt transactions in the energy, renewable and industrial sectors. Prior to Investec, Paul was Assistant Director of project finance at Rolls-Royce Power Ventures, an independent power project developer based in London. Bart runs the Infrastructure Debt Advisory business at Santander, providing financing advice to European corporates, projects and financial sponsors. The business advises on debt financing and refinancing across greenfield, brownfield refinancing and M&A processes. Bart joined Santander in November 2017, and the business has invested in building a team of specialists across different sector backgrounds to provide meaningful and value-add advisory services. Ben has been the Finance Director of Cory Riverside Energy (CRE) since June 2017, having joined Cory in 2010. Cory Riverside Energy is one of the UK’s leading resource management, recycling and energy recovery companies - operating the largest Energy from Waste facility in the UK, located on the banks or the River Thames in London. Ben has recently overseen the sale of the CRE group to new long term owners, a consortium comprising Dalmore Capital, Fiera Infrastructure, Semperian PPP investment partners, and Swiss Life Asset Managers. Ben has since led the refinancing of the group’s debt facilities and out of the money swap contracts – a £554m debt package involving a hybrid of infrastructure focussed banks and well known institutional lenders was closed in October 2018.Read Full Bio

Raffaella Altamura is a senior analyst in the EMEA Infrastructure Finance team based in London. She is responsible for a portfolio of transport infrastructure issuers in Europe, including toll road operators, airports and ports. Raffaella is one of the most experienced analysts within the infrastructure team with a wealth of experience across a range of sectors, having previously covered utilities and also project finance transactions. She has particularly focused on the Italian market but also benefits from experience over a broad range of other jurisdictions. Raffaella has authored a series of publications on transport trends across Europe. Prior to joining Moody’s, Raffaella worked in the internal credit department of Mediobanca in Milan. Christopher Bredholt covers a diversified portfolio of mainly project finance issuers across sectors including infrastructure, power, renewables, transport and PPP/PFI. Christopher is a specialist in the renewable energy sector and led the analysis for Moody’s first offshore wind public rating. He has gained broad experience assessing complex structures and credit enhancement mechanisms for emerging market project financings and is lead analyst for the precedent-setting Elazig hospital PPP in Turkey, which benefitted from political risk insurance and contingent liquidity support. He is responsible for a portfolio of project finance issuers in the healthcare, transport, accommodation, energy from waste, energy transmission and communication sectors. Nicolò joined Moody’s in 2016 having previously worked at Mediobanca for eight years, focusing on structuring and advising on project finance transactions in a wide range of sectors including energy (conventional and renewables), infrastructure, oil&gas, water and real estate. He has also been involved in structuring and executing corporate and leveraged finance transactions in EMEA across different industries.
