Steve Webb is Director of Policy at Royal London. He was Minister of State for Pensions between 2010 and 2015, the longest-serving holder of the post. Claudia Gaspari is a Director and analyst within the Equity Research team at Barclays, based in London. She provides coverage of the European insurance sector with particular focus on the large cap composites, Dutch and Nordic insurers. Claudia joined Barclays in 2010 from Nomura International (previously Lehman Brothers) where she held a similar role since 2006. Prior to that, she worked at Moody's Investors Service as a credit analyst and at PwC as an accountant. Claudia graduated in Law and Business Administration, majoring in Finance from L. Dimitris Zafeiris is Head of the Risks and Financial Stability Department and is responsible for EIOPA's activities in the areas of financial stability,crisis management and studies and statistics. Before joining EIOPA, Dimitrisran the risk management unit in a commercial bank where he was responsible for the management of projects such as the implementation of Basel II and external asset quality reviews. Prior to this, Dimitris held roles as investment director, portfolio manager and analyst in a number of firms in the asset management industry. Nick Anderson was appointed as a member of the International Accounting Standards Board (Board) in 2017. He has 30 years of practical experience, mainly as a buy-side investor using and supporting the development of high-quality financial reporting. Mr Anderson joins from Janus Henderson Investors in the UK, where he served as global equity portfolio manager and head of equity research. Antonello is Associate Managing Director for the EMEA Insurance Team. He is responsible for Moody’s analytic team maintaining Moody’s ratings on EMEA insurers. Antonello joined Moody’s in 2008 as a senior insurance analyst covering some of the major European (re)insurers. Prior to Moody’s, Antonello was responsible for the FIG rating advisory practise at Credit Suisse in Europe. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Antonello was a senior analyst at S&P insurance and worked in the FIG M&A team of DrKW and ABN AMRO. Antonello holds an MBA from HEC and is alumnus of London Business School. He graduated in business administration cum laude from Bocconi University in Italy.
