Cris deRitis is the Deputy Chief Economist at Moody’s Analytics. As the Head of Model Research and Development, Cris specializes in the analysis of current and future economic conditions, consumer credit markets and housing.
Ola Hannoun-Costa is a Vice President- Senior Credit Officer/Manager and head of the US RMBS Surveillance team. In this role, she manages the team that covers US RMBS monitoring efforts. Prior to her current role, Ola was a senior analyst on the US RMBS new ratings team at Moody’s covering RMBS transactions, including Prime, GSE Risk Transfer, Single Family Rental, and esoterics. She also covered Originator and Servicer Assessments. Ola has been actively involved in developing Moody’s Structured Finance methodologies and research publications.
Ola joined Moody’s in 2005 from Best Doctors in Boston. She holds an M.B.A. in finance and management from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and a B.S. from Ithaca College
Robard Williams is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Credit Strategy and Standards Group, where he conducts research on a variety of areas – ranging from technology &innovation to demographics & financial services – that have the potential to influence creditworthiness across sectors and geographies. Robard joined Moody’s in 2012 as a Vice President in the Global Financial Institutions Group Research Team, with responsibility for monitoring and analyzing financial market developments that impact the creditworthiness of Moody’s-rated banks and securities firms.
Rachael McDonald is a Vice President – Senior Analyst in Moody’s Public Finance Housing & State Revolving Funds team. She serves as the lead analyst for state and local housing finance agency single and multifamily bond programs and for state clean water and drinking water revolving funds. In addition, she maintains a portfolio of project finance credits. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2006, Rachael held positions at Deloitte Consulting in New York City and The Advisory Board Company in Washington, D.C. Rachael received both her M.B.A. and Masters in Social Work from Columbia University and her B.A. from Brown University.
